Terms of use

The service

Teamigo is an app for managing a sports team's schedule and attendance. The basic service is free. We develop the app continuously; features may change, be added or be removed. Advanced features may require a paid Pro subscription, with additional terms shown when you subscribe.

Match data from federation connections (such as Nevobo or NBB) is fetched from public sources. Those sources may change or disappear; always verify important details with the federation itself.

Your account and your team

You are responsible for your login credentials and for what happens through your account. Data entered by you or your team admin (names, attendance, results) remains yours and your team's; we only use it to provide the service, as described in the privacy statement.

If you add data about teammates (for example roster players by name), you confirm that you are allowed to do so.

Fair use

Use Teamigo for what it is intended for. Not allowed: abusing guest links or PINs, automated overloading of the service, or entering unlawful content. In case of abuse we may restrict access or remove an account.

Liability

Teamigo is provided as is. We do our best to keep the app available and correct, but give no guarantees of availability or accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, such as a missed match due to an incorrect or missing notification.

Termination

You can delete your account in the app at any time. We may change or discontinue the service; if we discontinue it, we will announce this well in advance so teams can secure their data.
